No. The older work tickets were on a completely separate system and are not viewable here. As you create new work tickets, they will appear under the "My Conversations" section located in the drop-down menu when you are signed in.
If you do not have a login/password to this system yet, click the "Sign in" link at the top right, then on the following page, click "Need an account? Sign up."
If you have previously sent in a Work Ticket without being logged in, you should have received an email with an invitation to join this system. You can also click the "Forgot password" link to have a password reset email sent to your email account.
